A New Ministry of Justice: Welcome to Rome Public Adjusting

Dear friends and neighbors,

It is with a spirit of gratitude and a deep sense of purpose that I welcome you to Rome Public Adjusting (RomePA), a company founded on the principle that "People Are For Caring." This isn't just a business motto; it is a foundational truth passed down from my beloved father, Damon, of blessed memory. It is a truth that guides our every action, transforming the work of insurance claims into a ministry of justice and compassionate care.

For over 25 years, I have been blessed to walk with people through their times of loss. I've seen firsthand the confusion, stress, and frustration that can arise when dealing with insurance claims. It is a process that often feels overwhelming, leaving people feeling vulnerable and alone.

At RomePA, we believe that a fair and equitable settlement is not a luxury—it is a matter of restoring what is justly due to you. Our work is to bring order to the chaos of a loss, to calmly guide you through the storm, and to advocate tirelessly on your behalf. As our patron, Saint Nicholas, interceded for the innocent and provided for the needy, we strive to be a voice for the vulnerable and a source of wisdom in your time of need.

Our approach is centered on our C.A.R.E. framework:

* Creatively think what the problem actually is.

* Actively think of all possible solutions.

* Recognize the best solution to solving the actual problem.

* Execute the plan and solve the problem.

This framework is not just a business process; it is a way of seeing our clients as whole people, deserving of dignity and respect. We don't just see a damaged roof or a broken pipe; we see the disruption to your life and the peace of your home. We are here to partner with you, to teach you about your policy, and to discover the path that leads to a just solution. We will use all of our expertise—from policy interpretation to strategic negotiation—to serve your best interests with the highest fiduciary standards.

I invite you to explore our website at www.romepa.com to learn more about our services and our mission. Please take a moment to read our blog at www.romepa.com/blog, where we will share insights, stories of justice, and reflections on the principles that guide our work.

If you know a friend, family member, or colleague who is facing a difficult insurance claim, please share our name with them. We are here to help, to care, and to walk with them on their journey to restoration.

With prayers and blessings,

Father David of Rome
